                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO
                  EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE GREATER
                  CHATTANOOGA CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY CORPORATION
                  TO PROVIDE CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE
                  AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT TRANSITION
                  PLAN.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the City Engineer be and is hereby
       authorized to enter into an Agreement with the Greater 
Chattanooga
       Construction Industry Corporation to provide consulting services
       for the Americans with Disabilities Act transition plan.
